Bikes can be locked anywhere using the locks we provide, as long as they don't obstruct the path. At the mountain shelter, you can lock the bikes to the railings/fence right next to the shelter. The bike racks do not belong to us!

This is not possible. You leave the bikes at the mountain shelter during your hike, and then ride back to us by 6:00 PM.

STANDARD bikes are basic mountain bike models. PREMIUM bikes are higher-end models equipped with additional features such as raised handlebars, more comfortable seats, and adjustable suspension.

Yes, you can leave your car in our parking lot. The location is marked on the map - the only parking lot on the right side of Chochołowska Valley. With a bike reservation, parking is free.

Parking costs 20 PLN per day or is free for customers who have reserved bikes.

Reservation is not required but is recommended, especially during the summer season and on weekends when demand is high. Reservations can be made by calling one of the provided phone numbers.

Yes, we issue VAT invoices upon customer request.
